As an intern at Kaizor innovation, I worked with 2 UX researchers, Cyrus and Joyce, for an NFT R&D project. After interviewing 20 users, and understanding the painpoints and questions that most people have, the team came up with an infographic to help more people to understand the possibilities of NFT in everyday life.
